Maximum 27 players across 4 courts. Playing level: For all levels of players, from low intermediate to advanced players. We will play doubles (or single games if there are less players). Note: Beginners must attend our training sessions first before joining the games-only sessions, so that we can get them started to play with others safely. Direction: Don't come too early as you may not be allowed into the building. There are 2 badminton halls at Bacon's College, i.e. main hall and sports hall. We are at the main hall which has wooden flooring (not sports hall) - see picture. Ask for Brian's club or your host, so that you are at the correct place. Parking: Free parking is available inside the school but spaces are limited. Free parking is also available off street (outside the school) but please check signage. Session fee: £10 per person, payable in advance via Stripe upon booking (this includes processing fee). Please use UK debit card only to pay. Don't use Revolut, AMEX or overseas account as they charge excessive processing fee which you will have to reimburse the club for. Booking policies: There is no waiting list. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless if the club is unable to run a session due to issues beyond its control, in which case players will be offered a replacement session. If you cannot attend anymore after booking, please remove your place by clicking 'Edit RSVP' and changing RSVP to 'Not going', or you will be counted as a no-show. No-show will be banned. We appreciate that the club booking policies may be different from other clubs and things could change beyond control (due to injury, illness or transport issues), but unfortunately the club doesn't have resources to manage individual demands or changing circumstances. Keep it simple. Please book only when you are certain or willing to bear the risk of your own changes if you wish to book well in advance to secure your place. Before serving, please always smooth any ruffled feathers. Feather shuttlecocks will be provided. Bring own racket and water as access to water fountains may be restricted. Other matters: We may take videos or images during the session. By joining this event, you grant LCWBC permission to take videos or images and to use them in any media including, without limitation, in printed publications, presentations, promotional material or online, in their original format or edited or altered in any way.
